August Meal Plan
Lunches and dinners we're eating for the rest of the month of August, complete with recipes and links!
Y’all, how is it already August 11th?! The end of July/start of August hit us like a truck and a half, so we’ve spent the last week regrouping and trying to get back to ‘normal life’ - whatever that is 😂
If you’re new here, I usually meal plan for 4-5 weeks at a time, but this meal prep is a little shorter and only for 3 weeks as I usually like to change everything over at the end of the month, keeps it all neat and tidy in my head, ya know?
You’ll also notice if you’re paying attention that some of these meals are repeats from last month because we didn’t quite finish that meal plan off but full transparency - we definitely had to throw some food out this month 🙊 It was absolutely avoidable, things could have been frozen etc but when sickness attacks, right?
Lunches
Chicken Salad Pitas (as in that creamy mayo chicken sandwich filling stuff, not leaves etc)

Dinners
Nourish Bowls - repeated from last month because it was SO GOOD and we have most of the ingredients still
Tuscan Chicken Pasta - another repeat because it was surprisingly good
Roast Chicken

Beef Pie - my own recipe, coming to my Substack/TikTok very soon, I’ve got it filmed!
Bolognese - I use a jar sauce for this, we’re not fancy with this haha
Thai Red Curry Noodles - Inspired by this recipe from Hello Fresh but I’ve tweaked how I make it over the years
French Onion Chicken Bake - This is SURPRISINGLY easy and delicious
Anyone else feel like once August is over the year just speeds to an end? I swear I can already feel that snowball-rolling-downhill feeling starting already, I think it arrives with the first hints of spring in the air here in Australia.
