January Monthly Meal Plan - Happy New Year!
We're back at it with another meal plan to kickstart the new year
This is shocking to say, but this was the easiest meal planning experience I’ve had in a long time and I have to say - I owe it all to my monthly meal planning Notion template. It might just be the best thing I’ve ever made, if I do say so myself!
For the first time in FOREVER (did you sing that too?) I actually had more meals than I needed chosen for my meal plan - I wasn’t struggling to come up with those last few.

And now, on to the meal plan!
Lunches:

Dinners:
Roast Chicken & Veggies
Quiche
Sweet Potato, Lentil, Quinoa & Sausage Stew (I’m adding the sausages)
Thai Red Curry Noodles
As always, this meal plan factors in us cooking every second night and having leftovers on alternate nights! We have plans this time in 4 weeks so I’ve planned for 5 weeks this meal plan… what bliss that is to think about. I don’t need to do anything else for 5 weeks except eat delicious food.
